Parklike Setting

In the left image above (satellite view) move the cursor over the image around the pond path to see the outstanding features of our park like location. Explore Applewood Park on the north side of our campus and see the playground and basketball court. Move to the courtyard and see our lovely gazebo. Trace the walking path along the pond in Applewood Overlook and see the beautiful views of nature and wildlife.

Applewood Pointe Cooperative of Roseville is isolated from traffic and congestion, located between two city parks.

Look at the satellite view to the left above. Notice in the top of the picture Applewood Park with playground equipment and a basketball court.

Look at the bottom of the image and see the walking path around the pond where you can view wildlife on your walk, or sit in the swing (shown at top of the page) and view the pond.

Step out the doorway to the north and you are in Applewood park where you can take your grandchildren to play.

Step out the doorway to the south from our beautiful solarium and you will be at Applewood Overlook where you can enjoy nature, sit by the water in a swing or walk the trail which goes around the pond.

Roseville has many other parks within walking distance that include bike trails and all the other park facilities.

Local Services

There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of our campus. Other services within walking distances are:

Byerlys Grocery Store (including a bank branch and Post Office), Walgreens Pharmacy, Hair Salons, Liquor store, office supply store, financial advisor and many other merchants and services.

Ramsey County Library is only 1.5 miles south (easy walking or biking distance). Excellent resources including computer services, classes and lets not forget the Dunn Brothers coffee shop.

Easy freeway access

Note: Highway 35W just to the west of our campus, Highway 36 just to the south of our campus, Highway 694 just to the north of our campus, and Highway 35E just to the east of our campus. Zoom out/in (+ - buttons in lower RH corner) or scroll the map to see the many lakes in close proximity to our campus. In minutes from our door, our members can quickly get underway on a trip out of town. Not only that, they can leave their apartment and travel without worrying about pipes freezing, break-ins or any other mishap that might happen to a single family home when the owners were out of town.
